Transfer API - Modo API

The Modo Transfer API provides structured access to transaction-level transfer records on the Canton network, exposing transaction-derived records that describe the flow of assets between accounts.

Each transfer record includes the following:

the parties involved in the transaction;

the asset or token affected;

the amount transferred;

transaction timestamp;

identifiers linking the transfer to its originating transaction context.

The API is transaction-centric and exposes transaction effects directly, eliminating the need to decode events or infer balance changes manually.
